5. Delivery conditions.

Shipments will be made to the Spanish Peninsula, the Balearic Islands and the Canary Islands. Shipping to the islands has a different cost than shipping to the Peninsula and therefore you should consult directly with Coruñasia, the final cost of shipping.

Delivery time at your address is 24 to 48 hours (working) depending on the destination population.

Shipping will be free on orders over €100 on Peninsula. In all other cases, the shipping price will be:

– Peninsula: €6.95 – 24/48 hours

– Canary/Balearic Islands: consultation price – 48/72h

8. Return

B. Withdrawal:

We don't want you to keep anything you don't like, so you can return an item if it doesn't meet your expectations. Therefore, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Law, you have the Right of Withdrawal, with which you can return the product.

The exercise of this right of withdrawal must be carried out within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. You must notify us, via email info@corunasia.com, of your decision to withdraw from the purchase made.

To exercise this right, the product must be in perfect condition and keep its original packaging. If the product does not arrive in perfect condition, Coruñasia reserves the right to pay a lower amount for a return, the circumstances of which will be notified to you.

A refund of the purchase amount will be made after the condition of the merchandise has been verified, via the same payment method used in the purchase and, in any case, within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the reliable receipt of the withdrawal request, so long as Coruñasia manages the collection of items. . If you return the item via your preferred transportation company, the 14 day period will start from the time Coruñasia has effective knowledge of shipping the merchandise or, if not, from receipt of the item.

Return costs arising from the exercise of the right of withdrawal, will be borne by the buyer.

The exercise of product recall rights with an expiration date of less than one month will not be accepted.
